Summer

Aren't these Seafolly bikinis gorgeous?

I am missing summer so much! Usually I'm a Winter girl, but I've taken a huge turn in the last couple of months.

This was my philosophy before. I thought that Summer was gross, sticky, sweaty and stinky. You could never get cool enough without paying the electrical company a small fortune. You could take off as many clothes as you want, and you'd still be hot. Winter on the other hand, was glorious. You can put on as many layers as you want and you'll be warm. You won't cringe away from hugs from friends and your boyfriend because you aren't sweating like a pig, and in my opinion, the fashion is just better for A/W.

I think on the fashion count, my opinion still holds. I love faux fur and boots and leather and good, thick material. However, the new S/S collections have gotten me craving Summer. I want to wear a bikini, I want to wear bright colours and short dresses and heels without socks!

And God, I miss the beach.

What do you like better? Winter or Summer? The blistering cold or the stinking hot?

Thrifting Haul!

Hey guys! I love thrifting. It's a great way to get really unique and vintage clothes. I've found some amazing stuff that give my wardrobe pops of colour. I did a haul video so please check it out! I would really appreciate it if you guys could subscribe to me on YouTube too :) I would love any comments too!

What do you guys think of thrifting?

Have you found anything amazing while thrifting or vintage shopping?

Until next time!

Beautiful Blazers

Surprisingly, I don't have a blazer. I've been wanting one for MONTHS. Firstly, I need one for University, especially for the upcoming vivas and moots that I need to do next semester, and secondly:

because they make everything look so damn good!

Now, when I go out shopping, I always try to be a little conservative (as of late, anyway). I always think,

I should get that dress in a neutral rather than bright green so that it doesn't go out of style in a minute.

I should get those pants in black instead of scarlet.

And I should get (no, NEED) a classic, beautifully made, black blazer instead of those wonderful, eye-catching pieces of art above.

A few days ago I actually looked inside my wardrobe. I have ONE pair of black pants. I have ONE black singlet. I have ONE basic white shirt.

Everything else is filled in with pops of colour, or artistic in their patterns and designs.

Maybe that's why I always find the need to buy new clothes. Because they 1) go out of style all the time or 2) their combinations with the other clothes in my wardrobe are limited.

But seriously, those blazers are gorgeous. But I have decided that before I go and buy any of those, I must at least get a good black one. Been looking at one in Portmans recently. Their blazers tend to fit me PERFECTLY. As if they were specifically tailored for me.

Can't wait to get one. The possible outfits will be gorgeous!

A Pop of Red

I must admit, I don't own many red things. Until recently, I hardly owned anything in red. To be honest, I still don't have many things compared to others. I don't have a red dress. Or a red shirt. I really need to change that.

This is a gorgeous, vintage inspired Agent Ninetynine bag that I bought recently. I love the gold accents and the fact that it is deceivingly small. It can hold a huge amount and serves me well. It adds a pop of colour to any outfit and always makes me smile each time I see it. There's nothing better than a bag that's perfect in every way.
