Anyway, I didn't watch the wedding because I had to work, but I did run home to see pictures of her dress. I wasn't disappointed. But to be perfectly honest, I wasn't astounded either. Sure, she did look like Grace Kelly, but in my opinion, Grace did it better.
To other business, I am SO sorry for being AWOL recently. Between work, university, my birthday on the 28th and a really exciting designing opportunity, there isn't much time left for anything else. Even my sleep is disrupted; I honestly can't tell you the last time I slept for a good 8 hours. And pff, Sunday sleep in? No way.
I went to Glebe with some really great friends though, as I told you guys before, and we had a ball. Didn't get much stuff though. All the amazing shoes were in the wrong sizes and the clothes just weren't there this weekend. I think the rain had something to do with it. About half the stalls weren't there, and they're usually the best ones.
I did however, buy a really great teapot in order to steep my beloved Jasmine Tea. I don't think I can live without Jasmine Tea. It's such a good, calming, antioxidant. Perfect antidote to my anxiety and stress tendencies. Aren't the embossed flowers beautiful? I also got 3 cups; one for myself and one each for my brothers. We all grew up on Jasmine Tea, and we often drink whole teapots full during lazy movie nights. (Btw, the teapot is a bit dusty because I took the photos just after I unwrapped them from their box. But don't worry! I gave them a good washing before I steeped any tea!)
I promise that after all of the chaotic happenings in my life die down, I'll do more daily posts. Was thinking of starting an OOTD segment. I promise you my outfits are wacky and fun ;)
That's all there is, there isn't anymore. (Sorry, I watched Madeline recently after years of not seeing it on tv. I love Madeline!)
