Winter Wrap-Up

Hey guys,

I know it's been ages since I last posted. A lot has been going on here and it's been really hard to find the time for any 'me' time lately. But I finally managed to find some time and some inspiration to write on this blog today :) Don't you hate it when you have writer's block?

Anyway, while shopping with a friend recently, I went inside a Dotti store. I don't usually shop there. The places I like to go to are General Pants Co, Forever New, Portmans and good old Target for basics and great deals. I went into Dotti all the time a couple of years ago and it just did not impress, but it sure has changed! It's an amazing clash between Forever New and General Pants Co actually. More General Pants Co style but good nonetheless. However, it's right next to the General Pants Co store at my local shopping mall so I don't know how well Dotti will hold up to me. I guess we will wait and see.

Dotti has new collections every month which is pretty cool. The picture above shows some pieces from May. I'm completely in love. Red is really big, as well as stripes and fur. I love that fur is more popular this Winter. I would have worn it nonetheless. My grandmother brought me back a lovely, chunky fur vest back from America last Winter. However it's very extravagant and it really doesn't seem fitting in Australia. But I don't care, I'll wear it anyway :) (of course it is faux fur. I've felt real fur before at a store - it feels really really weird!!!!!!!)

I'm on the hunt for a new trench coat as well. Trying to choose between camel or red. What do you think?
